Kapiti Island

Kapiti Island is one of New Zealand's most important nature reserves. Kapiti Island is a tranquil island bird sanctuary and one of New Zealand’s most accessible nature reserves. It's a unique visitor experience in a predator-free paradise. One way to enjoy the island is a day trip.

On-site Farm and Bush Walks

Walk our carefully marked Farm or Bush Walks - breathtaking views of Kapiti Island and the South Island on a great day or access a private swimming hole.  As a working farm, you will pass by sheep as you walk.  Ask Phil or Marian for a tour of the property - additional charges apply but it is an experience you won't forget.
